After a brief overview of the system by VSWGA president Kathy Domenicucci, and a lengthy question and answer session, the club representatives voted unanimously in favor of purchasing the system. The meeting was well attended in spite of the winter driving conditions and the fact that many people are away for the winter months. Many club reps mailed proxy votes. The final vote including the proxy votes was 57 to 4.

In the coming weeks, the board members and task force members will be working with Chelsea to define the system requirements. We hope to have the system available for testing this spring with the intention of getting it on line in mid-summer.

The system that we purchase will be customized to handle states days at multiple courses over the summer tournament period.
