Automated Tee Time System Starts 7/22
The Chelsea Automated Tee Time System has been installed and tested and is now ready for operation beginning July 22nd for the August 6th State Days at Alburg, Rocky Ridge, and Brattleboro. An information letter and instruction sheet is being mailed to each state day participant. This information is also in another news item on this web site (Chelsea Tee Time System). The instruction sheet will also reside permanently on this web site on the Chelsea page which can be accessed by clicking on the Chelsea navigation button in the left column.
The toll free number for accessing the Chelsea system is 1-866-224-2631 (Pin #2360). If you are in local calling area for Rutland, please use 773-8881.
You can view the Tee Time report and an alphabetized report for a given state day after the placement has been run (Wednesday prior to state day) by clicking on the Chelsea logo which appears on the VSWGA.ORG home page and on the Chelsea page. Clicking on this logo will bring you to the VSWGA page on the Chelsea web site. From there, click on Tuesday for either the Alpha report or the Tee Time report.
