Libby Smith Tied For 7th in New Hampshire
Libby Smith finished tied for seventh in the Laconia Savings Back Futures Golf Classic in Concord, New Hampshire. Libby fired steady even par rounds of 72 over the 6283 yard Beaver Meadows Golf Course in the opening two rounds. Sunday's round of 3-under par 69 saw her climb steadily up the leader from a tie for 18th to a tie for 7th earning her $1943. The tournament was won by Kyeong Bae of Korea with a score of 209, just four strokes ahead of Libby.
The Futures Tour is in the midst of it's northeastern swing with tournaments in Bloomfield, CT, Albany, NY, Concord, NH and next week in Syracuse, NY.
