Teo Poplawski, 15, of Lincoln, VT,  won the Vermont Junior Girls' State Amateur Championship.  The event was shortened due to all day heavy rains the made Cedar Knoll unplayable by afternoon on Wednesday.  Teo shot 82 in the first round followed by MJ Audette at 85.  The whole field was able to complete 9 holes on Wednesday, with Teo shooting 44 and MJ firing a 43  resulting in a two-stroke victory for Teo.
