As you can see, this website now has a new look.  The purpose of the new design is to give the site a more contemporary look, improve the site navigation, and move some of the most used elements of the home page nearer to the top of the page.  

The purple column at the left of the pages is gone and the links are now found in the green bar across the top of the pages.  When you move your mouse over these links, a drop down menu of other links will appear.  In some cases, if you see a ">" next to a title, another menu of links will appear to the right.  This makes it possible to get to most of the pages in the site with just one click.  All of the information on the site will still remain, but the navigation to it will change.

On the home page, you will see the Chelsea link at the top of the left side of the page just below the links bar.  The news headlines will be in a single column on the right side of the page with the most recent item on top.  As more news headlines are added to the top, the older ones will be pushed down until they are deleted when their relevance diminishes. There will be a date with the item indicating when it was posted.  If there is a news page related to the headline, click "MORE>" to get there.  A brief update on Libby Smith's exploits on the LPGA tour will be at the bottom of the news headline list.

The new design has been tested in both Internet Explorer and Netscape.  If you have a browser other than these, and you don't see the links in the green bar, please email me immediately (capaquet@msn.com).  It is also possible that some people may have their internet security options set to prevent the use of scripts.  If this is the case, you should see a message which gives you the option of allowing the blocked script.  Again, if you can't get the links to show, please email me.
