Deb Fletcher - Runner-Up, Ginnie Vogel - Legend
Kathy Allbright of Crown Point CC won her first Seniors' Championship in her first year of eligibility. With the exception of one bad hole each day, Kathy played very steady golf but still only won by a narrow one-stroke margin over Deb Fletcher of Champlain CC who was also playing in her first Seniors'. In a round that never saw the two players separated by more than two strokes, Deb stuck her second shot on the par-4 18th hole to within 5 feet forcing Kathy to hole a 6 foot downhill breaking putt for the victory. Ginnie Vogel finished in third place three strokes behind Deb. Ginnie also won the Legends Trophy The highlight of the tournament was also provided by Ginnie who had her 8th hole-in-one on the the 15th hole on Wednesday. Pam Engel of Dorset won the Super Senior Trophy.
Carol Crothers of Alburg was the Low Net winner of the traditional golf bag with a five-stroke victory over Corinne Maietta of Burlington. The Pat Job Cup went to Burlington Country Club with a 5-stroke victory over Barre. Joan Rizio of Stratton won the fewest putts contest in an 18 hole playoff over Kathy Kemp of Barre.
