There will be three USGA handicap-related seminars in Vermont this May:

• Friday, May 16  TPP & GHIN Handicap Program at Rutland Country Club from 9:00am to 2:30pm.

• Thursday, May 29  Handicap Licensing Seminar at Rutland Country Club.  Contact Jim Basset of the VGA at vergagolf@aol.com for details.

• Friday, May 30  Course Rating Seminar at The Quechee Club - Murphy Farm Building.  Contact Jim Bassett of the VGA at vergagolf@aol.com or Harriet Parot of the VSWGA at hparot@okemo.com.

Attendees will fulfill one of the licensing requirements for the next 3 year period 2008-2011 for any club that sends a representative.  As a reminder, all clubs must either send a represent- ative to one of the licensing seminars or participate in one on-line and then complete a licensing agreement that has to be sent to our association sometime in that 3 year period in order for the USGA to continue to provide GHIN services to the clubs' members.
