Vermont finishes second in the 1999 Tri-State Tournament held June 24th at Green Mountain National. New Hampshire, with a powerful Division 1 team, took 44.5 out of a possible 48 points in the low handicap division. New Hampshire finished with 97.5, Vermont with 84.5, and Maine with 79 points.
