NOTE:
Player will sign up as partners * with one team member mailing entry form with
both names and GHIN numbers. The
team will be entered into the Chelsea system with the first and second choice
of course entered. Please
check the website between September
18 and September 22 for confirmation on the course you will be playing.
Tee assignments will be provided at the respective club on Tuesday,
September 23, 2008.
