Eligibility: Entrant must be a resident of the state of Vermont, must have resided in Vermont for a minimum of six months immediately preceding the tournament, and must be a member in good standing of a VSWGA golf course
or
Entrant must have held a golfing membership in a Vermont State Member Golf Course for three consecutive years immediately preceding the tournament.
or
Legal residents residing in Vermont for a minimum of six months immediately preceding the tournament and not belonging to a real estate club are eligible to play with an increased entry fee. Proof of residency is required.

A Junior who is 18 years of age is eligible to play as a junior only if she has not yet begun her first semester of college. No relatives are allowed to caddie for Juniors.

All players (except juniors) must have paid the annual $25 VSWGA Tournament Participation Fee prior to the start of the tournament. No late fee wil be charged. A valid USGA GHIN handicap card is required for all players including Juniors.

Postmark Date	July 7 through August 1, 2009. NO REFUNDS after August 7, 2009.
Member Entry Fee	$150 ($75 for Juniors) - includes entry, practice round, and buffet banquet on Wednesday, August 19^th.
Non-Member Fee	$260 for residents who don’t belong to a real estate club in Vermont. See below.
Practice Round	Anytime from July 11 through August 17, excluding August 5 through August 8. Participants may call to reserve tee times up to 6 days in advance. Please call the Pro Shop at 802-864-4683 ext. 108.
Handicap Limit	Limited to 100 entrants with lowest USGA Handicap index up to 36.0. All players will be limited to a maximum adjusted handicap of 36.
Buxton Cup	Trophy goes to club with lowest score – total of three low gross scores each day.
